Imagine thisA student team is troubleshooting a walk‑in cooler that’s short‑cycling. You ask the right questions, guide them through a safety check, and watch them isolate the fault. That confidence they gain? You sparked it.
Your mission- Ignite curiosity and build competence in an inclusive learning environment.
- Run hands‑on labs that mirror real service calls—diagnostics, maintenance, and repair.
- Co‑create curriculum that evolves with industry tech and standards.
- Coach students to think critically and solve problems independently.
- Promote uncompromising safety habits in every lab activity.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 3 years of field experience spanning refrigeration, commercial or residential systems, mini‑splits, boilers, etc.
- EPA 608 (Universal) highly valued.
- Clear, patient communicator with an empathetic teaching style.
- $36 – $40 per hour with OT opportunities
- $5,000 Sign on Bonus
- Weekends off and Paid Training
- Tuition Waiver after 6 months for you and immediate family at UTI and Concorde campuses
