Apex Systems is seeking a L2 Support Technician for POS systems in New Albany, Ohio, with partial remote work. The role focuses on Tier II support for store POS hardware and applications and acts as a bridge between service desk and engineering to maintain uptime for 700+ stores. You will support Linux POS OS, Android and iOS devices, basic network troubleshooting, and participate in on-call rotations for global stores.
