Call: One evening call shift per week and one weekend call shift every 6 weeks. 100% Cardiac or CT Surgery.Cardiac cases- CABGs, Valves, Aortic Roots, pericardial windows, Lungs, Laser leads removal, and rib platings. Small ECMO program- have not been called in to help with any cases as of yet, No transplants. The cardiac team works in a care team model, not independent. They do not place a-lines, central lines or place/remove the TEE or interpret the TEE. Anywhere from 2-5 cases a day.There is a dedicated cardiac anesthesia team.Average number of times called in during evening call is minimal, and weekend call can be none to 2. *Level III trauma facility EMR: Epic ( Highly Preferred)Practice Setting: Hospital Medical CenterRequirements: Board Certification: CRNA State license required: Yes - but will accept compact license Certifications preferred: ACLS, BLS, PALSNo Cardiac Certs required.
