Leasing Agent

Job Summary: We are seeking a Leasing Agent to join our team at Summit Locations! Huntington Billboard Co./Summit Locations is the fastest growing media company in the U.S. with billboard assets across 18 states. As an independently owned company, we build over 1,500 new billboard faces each year. This rapid expansion drives our need for exceptional talent to join our dynamic team. As a Leasing Agent at Summit Locations, you’ll be responsible for negotiating, and securing land lease agreements with property owners for the installation of outdoor advertising structures (billboards). A Leasing Agent with Summit Locations should have a strong background in sales, contract negotiations, and relationship management. An ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently in a fast-paces, field-based environment. Key Responsibilities: Respond to all call ins within 48 hours, cold call “A” “B” location to ensure leads are followed through on. Initiate contact with property owners and landlords to present lease opportunities Negotiate lease terms, and rate, that align with company objectives Draft, review, and finalize lease agreements, exhibits, local and state affidavits, and all other forms required by the company or government authority. Ensure compliance with legal and zoning requirements Build strong relationships with property owners Act as primary liaison between the company and property owners throughout the leasing lifecycle Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, and correspondence Work closely with legal, permitting, construction, and sales teams to ensure a smooth transition from site acquisition to billboard installation Support permitting and zoning applications by preparing attending public hearings What We Need From You: 2-5 years of cold calling experience Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required Strong interpersonal communication skills with ability to influence and persuade Valid driver’s license and ability / willingness to travel regionally as required What You Can Expect From Us: We believe in supporting our team with meaningful benefits and a positive work environment.
