About the Role
The Company is seeking an AVP for Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) with a strong background in value-based care leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for the ACO's financial performance, governance, and strategic growth, particularly in the context of the CMS ACO LEAD model. This role involves deep partnership with participant leadership teams to drive workflow transformation and change management, as well as leading a team that oversees data, compliance, and sales functions. The AVP will also be tasked with optimizing various performance metrics, operationalizing workflow changes, and ensuring strict compliance with ACO regulatory obligations. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in value-based care leadership, with at least 5 years directly managing ACO operations. The role requires a proven track record in building and scaling ACO networks, as well as guiding practices through the transition to two-sided risk arrangements. Deep regulatory acumen in federal ACO programs is essential, along with strong analytical and operational skills. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a player-coach mindset, capable of translating complex data into actionable strategies, and willing to travel extensively within the Pacific Northwest to foster on-site execution with practice leadership.
