Oral Surgeon

We are seeking an Oral Surgeon to join a high-demand, well-established practice in Dothan, AL on a PRN/part-time basis. Responsibilities Perform oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including extractions, implants, and dentoalveolar surgery Evaluate, diagnose, and develop comprehensive surgical treatment plans Collaborate with general dentists and referring providers to ensure continuity of care Educate patients on procedures, risks, and post-operative care Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Deliver high-quality patient care while maintaining strong clinical standards Qualifications DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency program Active Alabama dental license in good standing Strong surgical and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Desired Qualifications Experience with dental implants and advanced surgical procedures Interest in expanding into hospital-based surgery Strong communication and patient education skills Ability to manage a high-volume patient flow Commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes Location Dothan, AL Salary $500,000 $900,000+ annually (with potential to exceed $1M based on production) Benefits Continuing education reimbursement Potential opportunity for equity or partnership Flexible PRN/part-time schedule Strong referral network and consistent patient demand State-of-the-art technology and clinical support High-growth, patient-focused practice environment
