Compensation & Benefits

The starting base compensation for this role ranges from $300 to $350 per hour, depending on experience and faculty rank. Please note that this figure represents the base pay and does not include additional variable compensation or productivity bonuses, which are determined by departmental compensation plans. Detailed discussions regarding compensation will occur during the recruitment process.
