Director, U.S Customer Engagement, Strategic Alliances and Advocacy

Iovance Biotherapeutics seeks a Director to develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies across patient advocacy organizations, oncology thought leaders, and professional societies in the United States. This field-based role focuses on advancing awareness and adoption of Amtagvi and the company's oncology pipeline, with emphasis on lung cancer and solid tumor indications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional advocacy engagement strategies aligned with corporate and brand objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with patient advocacy organizations across current and future oncology indications
• Develop and expand strategic stakeholder networks in lung cancer and sarcoma with relevant clinical experts
• Gather and communicate stakeholder insights to inform business strategy and patient support efforts
• Support patient education, survivorship, and community outreach initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience building and maintaining relationships with patient advocacy organizations and thought leaders
• Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement strategy development and execution
• Knowledge of oncology landscape, including melanoma, lung cancer, sarcoma, and solid tumor indications
• Experience with professional society engagement and key opinion leader management
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Regional or national field-based stakeholder engagement background
