Lexamica operates a national law firm referral marketplace and medical coordination origination platform. We connect personal injury law firms across the country — facilitating case referrals, coordinating medical services, and helping firms grow their practices through a technology-driven platform built specifically for the legal industry.

Our clients are law firms: the attorneys, operations leads, and firm owners who rely on Lexamica to manage referral relationships, evaluate incoming cases, and drive revenue. The Growth Consultant sits at the center of that relationship — responsible for firm performance, platform adoption, and long-term partnership.

Role Overview

The Growth Consultant is a strategic partner to Lexamica's law firm clients — responsible for driving the outcomes that matter most: case flow, firm performance, platform adoption, and long-term growth. Growth Consultants own their accounts, lead consulting engagements, and operate as trusted advisors to firm leadership.

You will guide firms through onboarding and into a state of consistent, optimized performance — identifying gaps, designing solutions, and executing against clear success plans. You will be accountable for retention, expansion, and the overall health of your portfolio.

Key metrics for this role include: client onboarding time (shared with implementation engineering), pipeline performance metrics, time to value, time to first retention, expansion, and client satisfaction. Metrics will evolve as the role and platform grow.

Key Responsibilities

1. Consulting & Account Ownership

• Own a portfolio of law firm accounts with full accountability for performance, satisfaction, and growth trajectory.
• Develop and execute tailored success plans for each firm — diagnosing performance gaps, recommending interventions, and tracking outcomes.
• Serve as the firm's primary strategic and operational contact at Lexamica, building relationships at both the decision-maker and end-user level.
• Advise firms on referral best practices, case evaluation standards, and operational improvements that drive measurable results.
• Enable firms to facilitate fee-sharing agreements with their partners, ensuring compliance and alignment with client expectations.

2. Retention, Renewals & Expansion

• Drive contract renewals by demonstrating ongoing value and maintaining strong firm relationships.
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within your portfolio — including volume growth, new practice areas, and additional platform features.
• Monitor account health proactively, identifying risk signals early and executing recovery plans before escalation.

3. Onboarding & Activation

• Lead client kickoff engagements, setting clear expectations, aligning stakeholders, and establishing a foundation for long-term success.
• Guide firms through implementation in close coordination with the implementation engineering team, ensuring seamless activation.
• Deliver tailored training to firm staff, accelerating adoption and time to value.

4. Operations & Platform Performance

• Drive operational excellence across your accounts — facilitating efficient case matching, timely evaluation, and consistent retention outcomes.
• Maintain accurate account tracking in Wavelength, ensuring all milestones, commitments, and action items are documented and followed.
• Develop and refine support materials that empower clients to operate independently and succeed on the platform.

5. Cross-Functional Contribution

• Gather and synthesize client feedback to inform product strategy, surface feature needs, and improve the platform experience.
• Partner with Sales on handoffs, expansion opportunities, and strategic accounts.
• Contribute to team initiatives, share learnings across the Customer Success org, and help raise the collective standard for client engagement.

Accountability & Performance Management

Growth Consultants operate within a structured monthly portfolio review process designed to maintain visibility into account health and drive consistent outcomes across the team.

Each monthly review is a prepared, structured conversation with CS leadership covering:

• Account health — current status and trajectory across your full portfolio.
• Progress against success plans — what's on track, what's slipping, and what's changed.
• Key risks and at-risk accounts — early signals, root causes, and active recovery plans.
• Metrics performance — results against your core KPIs for the period.
• Upcoming commitments and next steps — what you've committed to clients and what's due in the coming weeks.

These reviews are a core part of how the CS team operates. This is not a check-in, but a standing accountability mechanism. Growth Consultants are expected to come prepared with current data, clear narratives, and ownership of outcomes across their book of business. Qualifications

• Proven experience in client-facing roles — consulting, customer success, account management, or similar — ideally in B2B SaaS, legal tech, or professional services.
• Demonstrated ability to own outcomes, not just activities — you track what matters and adjust when results aren't there.
• Strong consulting instincts: you ask good questions, diagnose problems accurately, and propose solutions that actually fit the client's situation.
• Proactive communicator who surfaces issues early, owns challenges directly, and keeps stakeholders informed without being asked.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — you can run an executive-level meeting and write a clear follow-up recap with equal ease.
• High empathy and professional judgment — you treat every client relationship and every case as something that matters.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where processes are still being built and priorities can shift.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into day-to-day work (drafting, analysis, research, & problem solving) with the discernment to know when and how to apply them.
