Daily Responsibilities: Manage the maintenance shop operations for heavy equipment Coordinate repairs and maintenance schedules Ensure all equipment is in proper working condition Supervise a team of maintenance technicians Implement safety protocols and procedures Required Skills: Experience in road construction and civil construction Knowledge of paving and highway construction Ability to operate heavy equipment such as scrapers, trackhoes, and motor graders Proficiency in reading blueprints Strong background in heavy equipment repair Nice to Have Skills: Experience in welding fabrication Knowledge of mine safety and health administration regulations Experience with scaffolding and pipelaying Salary and Benefits: Minimum Salary: $70,000.00 Maximum Salary: $90,000.00 Benefits: Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, 401(k), Holiday Pay, Paid Time Off Company Information: We transform the impossible into possible.
