As aMid-Level Structural Engineering Project Manager, you will play a crucialrole in managing and overseeing multiple projects from inception tocompletion. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successfuldelivery of structural engineering projects on time, within budget, and inaccordance with established quality standards. You will collaborateclosely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects,contractors, and clients, to drive project success.

Job Responsibilities

Managemultiple structural engineering projects simultaneously, includingplanning, coordination, and execution.
Developand maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations toensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Leadproject teams, providing guidance and support throughout the projectlifecycle.
Collaboratewith internal and external stakeholders to gather project requirements anddevelop engineering solutions.
Conductstructural analysis and design to ensure compliance with industrystandards and regulatory requirements.
Reviewproject plans, specifications, and drawings for accuracy and completeness.
Monitorproject progress, identify potential risks, and implement correctivemeasures to ensure project objectives are met.
Assistin construction support activities including responses to requests forinformation (RFIs), submittal reviews, construction site visits, anddesign revisions/management of changes.
Fosterstrong client relationships by addressing their concerns, resolvingissues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor'sdegree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
ProfessionalEngineer (PE) license is required.
Minimum4 years of experience in structural engineering.

Required Skills and Abilities

Strongknowledge of structural engineering principles, codes, and regulations.
Proficiencyin using structural engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, RISA, ,ETABS, or similar.
Demonstratedability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines andbudgetary constraints.
Excellentleadership and team management skills, with the ability to collaborateeffectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-orientedwith strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proventrack record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Knowledgeof and practical application of various regulatory codes and designmanuals (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI 318, AISC, etc.)
