Position Overview The Inside Sales Associate supports the operational and sales goals of the branch by initiating phone contact to generate sales, provide exemplary customer service, and manage after-sale support to ensure long-term, profitable customer relationships. What you’ll do: Serve as internal sales support to help the team achieve or exceed sales goals Partner effectively with sales support team to drive area/territory coverage and maintain positive relationships Conduct telephone cold calling and take inbound sales calls to develop new customers Generate, develop, maintain, and grow new business while ensuring high customer satisfaction amongst current customers Work closely with dispatch, customer service, and sales support team as required or requested Travel in support of sales and training meetings, customer site visits and trade shows Provide account maintenance, as needed Skills We Are Seeking 1-3 years’ wholesale or retail experience preferred Experience in the landscape, hardscape, forestry, nursery, or irrigation industry is a plus Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, including correct grammatical usage and persuasive copy and style Experience with CRM programs or software is a plus High school diploma or equivalent Compensation & Benefits SiteOne offers a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to support the well-being of our associates.
