As a Front Desk Security Professional in a commercial real estate location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor security-related systems, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $17.25 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or employees at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Monitor access to the property by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and directing guests to appropriate offices or building areas.
• Maintain accurate visitor, vendor, delivery, and incident logs in accordance with site requirements.
• Monitor lobby activity, access-control systems, cameras, alarms, and/or communications equipment, escalating unusual activity or concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and emergency situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while following established response procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
