Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Licensed Physical Therapy (PT)/ Physical Therapist Assistant(PTA) to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. In this vital role, you will deliver high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting. Your expertise will help patients recover mobility, reduce pain, and improve their overall well-being through tailored therapeutic interventions. Responsibilities

• As a licensed physical therapist/ physical therapist assistant, implement individualized care plans for patients in an outpatient setting.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other physiotherapy modalities to promote healing and mobility.
• Monitor patient progress by documenting responses to treatments and adjusting care strategies accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, activity modifications, and discharge planning to support ongoing recovery at home or in other settings.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments.
• Uphold safety standards by adhering to medical terminology protocols, anatomy knowledge guidelines, and infection control procedures.

Requirements

• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapy (PT)/ Physical Therapy Assistant(PTA) in the respective state.
• Proven experience working in outpatient clinics.
• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and physiotherapy techniques.
• Experience with specialized therapies such as tapping and orthopedic rehabilitation preferred.
• Familiarity with care plans for diverse populations including geriatrics.
• Ability to work independently on a PRN basis while maintaining high standards of patient care.
