Your responsibilities will include:Coordinating equipment installation, repair, and maintenance.Hiring, training and overseeing workers to ensure effective, timely machine repairs.Monitoring employee productivity and providing feedback and coaching.Ensuring compliance with health and safety practices.Basic Qualifications:Must be a U.S. citizenMust possess a valid drivers licenseMust have a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a maintenance capacityMust be capable of communicating with all levels of management.Must be capable of obtaining a Secret Security clearance.Desired Skills:Knowledge and use of predictive/preventative maintenance technologies and applications.Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.Advance knowledge of pneumatic/hydraulics/robotic systems.Must be capable of communicating with vendors and contractors.Blueprint reading and project scheduling familiarityTeam building and team engagement skills.Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.Clearance Level: SecretOther Important Information You Should KnowExpression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
