We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our small crew focused on residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in framing, woodworking, and blueprint reading to efficiently contribute to the building and finishing of residential homes. This role involves local travel and may occasionally require overtime or extended work hours.
Responsibilities
- Perform framing and woodworking tasks in residential construction
- Read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Cut materials to precise measurements
- Install materials and components as required
- Complete repair work and finishing details
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficient in carpentry techniques and materials
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints
- Skilled with power and hand tools
- Strong measurement and attention to detail skills
- Physical stamina for manual labor
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Teamwork and collaboration within a crew
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of carpentry experience
