Salary: $132,500 - 162,000 per year Requirements:
- We are looking for someone with a strong grasp of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
- We require full stack web development experience across modern frontend and backend ecosystems.
- We need at least 3 years of experience in a software engineering role.
- We expect experience with modern object-oriented programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, Kotlin, or Swift.
- We require familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
- We value strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- You should be able to thrive in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools is a plus.
- Experience working in AWS or similar cloud environments is preferred.
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerization is preferred.
- We own end-to-end feature development across the front end, back-end microservices, and data layers.
- We design and build microservices that power investment portfolio construction and direct indexing solutions.
- We build, deploy, and support services in a Kubernetes-based cloud environment.
- We troubleshoot production incidents and support high-availability systems.
- We continuously modernize platform components and adopt best-in-class technologies.
- We use AI coding assistants and agentic workflows to speed up feature development, testing, and debugging while maintaining high engineering standards.
