Hybrid | New Braunfels, TX Why This Role Matters As a Digital Advisor, you'll help customers navigate today's connected world by recommending solutions that truly fit their lives. You’ll sell: Fiber Internet Smart Security Mobile Service Wi‑Fi Solutions Connected Home Technology Voice & TV Services You’ll engage customers across multiple channels—including inbound inquiries, outbound outreach, and neighborhood field sales—building lasting relationships while helping GVTC continue to grow throughout the Texas Hill Country. This is a revenue‑driving role with uncapped opportunity for someone who enjoys winning through expertise, service, and trust. What You’ll Do Build relationships with new and existing residential customers Discover customer needs before recommending solutions Sell and cross‑sell internet, security, mobile, and connected home products Generate new business through inbound, outbound, and neighborhood sales Help existing customers upgrade and expand their services Deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience from first conversation through installation Participate in referral programs and community outreach opportunities Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation Collaborate with installation, technical support, and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experiences What Makes You Successful You enjoy conversations. You build trust naturally and know that long‑term relationships create the best sales opportunities. What We're Looking For 2+ years of consultative sales experience preferred Experience in telecommunications, technology, wireless, smart home, retail technology, or related industries is a plus Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Confidence working both independently and as part of a team Comfortable speaking with customers in person, over the phone, and through digital channels A self‑starter who enjoys taking initiative and achieving goals Valid driver's license for field sales activities Why GVTC?
