This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a hospital-based OB-GYN setting with varied shifts, excellent benefits, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in patient care.Quick Facts:Location: Janesville, WI – 3400 East Racine StreetStart Date: 11/02/2026End Date: 05/03/2027Shift: 24-hour day shifts (07:00 – 07:00), combo of weekdays and weekends (preference for weekends)Hours/week: Approximately 21 shifts/month (~84 hours/week)Employment Type: ContractLicense/Certs: MD/DO, Board Certified, IMLC accepted, BLS, ACLS, NRP, DEA, CSRExperience: 1–2 years preferredPay & Benefits:Hourly Pay Rate: $2535.00Benefits: Competitive pay packagesWeekly pay via direct depositComprehensive medical benefits (W-2)Paid sick time in accordance with lawLicensure, certification, and travel reimbursements when applicableRobust referral bonus program24/7 dedicated support teamWhat You'll Do:Provide routine labor management, including vaginal deliveries and C-sectionsSupport post-partum rounding and limited high-risk obstetricsManage emergency gynecologic consultations as neededCollaborate with support staff and interdisciplinary teamsSupport transfer of preterm infants (<36 weeks), with epidural management upon callCross-cover at multiple Wisconsin clinic locations as neededWhat You Need:MD or DO licensed to practice in Wisconsin (IMLC accepted)Certified in BLS, ACLS, NRP1–2 years of obstetrics and gynecology experience preferredAbility to provide comprehensive OB-GYN services including labor, delivery, and post-partum careWillingness to support multiple clinic locations in WisconsinAbout the Assignment:This assignment at a hospital-based obstetrics and gynecology department involves managing a diverse patient population with approximately 500–600 births annually.
