Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (PT) Inpatient in the Midwest region. This outpatient and rehabilitation position involves providing physical therapy services within a main hospital campus. Candidates must meet specific licensure and experience requirements, including active Illinois licensure, accreditation, and at least two years of professional experience.
Job Details:
- Location: 1000 Health Center Drive, Mattoon, Illinois, 61938, United States
- Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Active Illinois physical therapist license, accreditation from an approved physical therapy program, Basic Life Support certification, 2 years of professional experience, no local candidates, must have a verifiable address at least 50 miles from the facility
