I’m not looking for someone to simply fill a chair.

I’m looking for a dentist who:

• Wants to find a place where they can practice good dentistry.
• Builds real relationships with patients, and feel like they are part of a team.

I know dentistry can be demanding. The pressure, the difficult cases, the staffing challenges, and the responsibility of caring for your patients can sometimes make you feel like you have to carry everything yourself.

I don’t believe you should have to.

Whether you are a new graduate looking for someone to believe in you or an experienced dentist looking for a place where you are genuinely valued, I want you to know that you will have people around you who want you to succeed.

You don't have to know everything.

You don't have to be perfect.

You just have to care, be willing to learn, treat people well, and take pride in the dentistry you provide.

We are looking for a General Dentist in Warren, Michigan.

Compensation is generally:

• $700–$900 per day , based on experience and clinical skill level. Additional value-added opportunities can be discussed based on your experience and what you want your career to become.

But honestly, compensation is only part of the conversation.
