At Beyond Juicery + Eatery , we strive to be the best part of our guests’ day by offering fresh, delicious products and a positive, welcoming atmosphere. We're looking for upbeat, outgoing Baristas to join our team! You'll be cross‑trained in both front and back of house—keeping things fresh, fast‑paced, and full of opportunity. What You’ll Do: Prepare smoothies, juices, and food to recipe standards Greet guests and take accurate orders Operate blenders, slicers, grills, and POS systems Keep stations clean and organized Restock and rotate inventory Handle cash/card transactions Support team members to ensure smooth operations What We’re Looking For: Positive attitude + strong work ethic Team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment Great communicator who loves customer service Attention to detail and urgency Able to lift up to 40-50 lbs on occasion and stand for extended periods Perks: Store discounts Tips Flexible scheduling Biweekly pay + direct deposit Fun, supportive environment Growth opportunities into leadership and management Ready to blend up success with us?
