Salary: $17.68- $20.73+ /hour based on experience

Dickson Hollow is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is an ENTRY LEVEL position that includes basic handyman duties as well as custodial responsibilities when needed and we will train! Schedule/hours: Monday through Friday, first shift hours, sharing after hours on call responsibilities for one week every 3 weeks. This position reports to the Environmental Services Director.

Dickson Hollow is located on the corner of Pilgrim Rd. and Lisbon Rd. in Menomonee Falls, WI. In collaboration with Living Hope Presbyterian Church, Dickson Hollow houses the congregation's worship and ministry space. The community also features a Town Center with bistro, theater, library, club room, salon, wellness center, and more.

Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for creating a safe and secure environment by maintaining the buildings, grounds, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.

• Maintain an attractive campus appearance consistent with the PHS design intent.
• Execute assigned responsibilities for buildings and grounds as defined by the site leadership.
• Assignments may include:
• floor care
• resident moves
• painting
• building maintenance
• customer requests
• landscape care
• snow removal
• other projects

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to perform Level I core competencies specific to job as defined by site requirements.
• Able to work independently, multi task, follow directions and work under supervision.
• Relate well to and provide a professional image and services to all customers.
• Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
