Job Description
ICU Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit

Schedule

Typically 12-hour shifts (days or nights; variable). At least every other weekend required.

Assignment Details

Must commit to working 3 of the following 5 holidays if required: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day.

Requirements

• Valid compact license.
• 2 years of ICU experience required; at least 1 year is mandatory.
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and CCRN certifications required.
• Epic charting experience required.
• Skills in ventilator management, vasoactive drip titration, central line care, and ECMO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults in the Intensive Care Unit.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient health and treatments.
• Assist with special procedures and critical interventions as necessary.
