What You’ll Do as a Paratransit Driver:

As a Paratransit Driver, you will:

• Safely transport passengers with disabilities to medical appointments and essential destinations
• Provide reliable, on-time service along assigned routes
• Secure wheelchairs and mobility devices properly and safely
• Offer door-to-door assistance to ensure a comfortable and supportive experience
• Deliver courteous, respectful, and professional service on every trip

What You’ll Need as a Paratransit Driver:

• Valid MO Class E, KS Class C, or any CDL (licenses from either state accepted)
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening (including marijuana testing)
• Availability to work at least one weekend shift
• Flexibility for early morning shifts (as early as 3:30 AM) and/or late evening shifts (as late as 12:30 AM)

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay: $20.86 per hour

• 3:30 AM – 1:30 PM | Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat
• 3:30 AM – 1:30 PM | Tue, Thu, Fri, Sun

Closing Shifts

• 12:30 PM – 10:30 PM | Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat
• 12:30 PM – 10:30 PM | Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat
• 2:30 PM – 12:30 AM | Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat
• 2:30 PM – 12:30 AM | Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat
