Key Responsibilities

• Learn the business and our mission.
• Prioritize calls based on urgency
• Ensure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field.
• Service Titan software experience would be nice to have but not mandatory.
• Record and report the service calls.
• Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
• Update customers throughout the day on the technician’s progress.
• Must have time management skills.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to pay close attention to details.
• Must be be able to multi-task.
• Strong computer skills.
• Dispatch the right technician to the right job based on skill levels.
