SyBridge Technologies is seeking a talented Machinist to join our dynamic team!What You'll DoFrom design to production, we utilize cutting-edge digital technologies to help our clients achieve their product development goals. As a Machinist you'll be responsible for programming and operating a CNC machine to build tools using 3D models. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Machinist ensures quality is a priority each and every time while also achieving deadlines and customer satisfaction.Your responsibilities will include:Import, manipulate, and process 3D modelsMachine steel with close attention to health and safety requirementsUse tools and machinery provided; program, setup and operate the CNC machine using Powermill and Lemoine softwareMachine mold plates, components, cores, and cavitiesVerify dimensions of machined parts using precision measuring instruments/probe to ensure first time qualityComplete checklists and report deviations from specified tolerancesMaintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs using provided paper and/or electronic logsAssist in the repair of machine tools and parts, as neededMaintain safe operations by keeping work area clean and organized and by adhering to safety procedures and regulationsMaintain the equipment by completing basic preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer's instructions, initiating repair work orders, etc.Participate in required meetings and training, as requestedWhat You BringFive (5) years of related experience operating CNCFive (5) years' experience programming CNC machines (Lemoine and Power Mill software is preferred)Ability to perform under pressure and work independentlyAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines as requiredAbility to ensure quality standards are metStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsStrong leadership, interpersonal, communication and relationship building skillsPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workdayAbility to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.Ability to climb stairs and work in a manufacturing environmentComfortable working around varying temperatures, noise levels, dust, and other manufacturing conditionsAbility to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and other protective equipment as requiredApply today and build your future with SyBridge Technologies!About SyBridge TechnologiesSyBridge Technologies is redefining precision manufacturing through technology-enabled design, prototyping, and advanced manufacturing solutions.
