Radiation Oncology Locums Job in St. Louis, Missouri

We are working with a healthcare partner seeking a Radiation Oncology physician for locum tenens coverage. This opportunity offers structured clinic coverage with a consistent patient load, procedural responsibilities, and a fully supported oncology team.

Dates of Coverage:
July 20 through July 24, 2026
September 21 through September 25, 2026
November 30 through December 11, 2026

Schedule:
Monday through Thursday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
Friday 7:00 am to 12:00 pm
Weekday evening call responsibilities included Monday-Thursday
No weekend clinic coverage

Details and Requirements:
Independent caseload with approximately 21 patients per day
Average of approximately 8 outpatient visits per day
Mix of new consults, follow ups, and on treatment visits
Board Certification required
Clean professional record required for credentialing

Procedural and Treatment Scope:
IMRT, IGRT, and VMAT
SBRT and stereotactic radiosurgery
HDR brachytherapy
Electron beam therapy
CT simulation and 3D treatment planning
Radiosurgical contouring and adaptive replanning
Intracavitary and interstitial implant procedures
