Salary range based on experience and litigation background Choice of monthly or annual bonus structure based on billable hours, not collections or write-offs 1,920 annual billable hour requirement with unlimited PTO 100% employer-paid employee health insurance 401(k) with immediate eligibility and 3% firm contribution on total annual earnings including bonuses Hybrid schedule available after 90 days with 2 remote days per week Job Details We are seeking an Employment Attorney to join a growing team serving cities, counties, and public authorities across the state. **Job Details** Advise and represent local government entities on employment law matters including discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour, and related litigation Handle matters from initial counsel through administrative proceedings and litigation as needed Support government clients on policy development, employment practices, and compliance with state and federal employment law Work alongside experienced government law attorneys on complex matters governed by local, state, and federal law Serve a recession-resistant client base with consistent workflow across economic cycles **Qualifications** 2 to 7 years of employment law experience Active and good standing Georgia bar license required Strong academic background and written communication skills Stable work history preferred Local government law experience a plus but not required Interested in hearing more?
