Chemist Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Willingness to travel to customer sites (up to 25%)
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
- Proficient with Excel
- Comfortable wearing PPE and respirator as needed
Chemist Preferred Background & Skills
- Previous experience in QA/QC environments
- Participate in formulation, testing, and analysis of paint products
- Travel to customer sites to support technical needs and provide product expertise
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all testing and quality procedures
- Utilize Excel to analyze and record lab data
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including consistent use of PPE and respirator when required
