Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health statuses through evidence-based screenings, guiding them towards appropriate interventions and developing tailored care plans.

  • Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions focused on the immediate mental health needs expressed by clients.

  • Maintain an active caseload while ensuring that every client receives timely services related to their mental health challenges.

  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and share insights on client progress.

  • Implement brief, focused prevention and recovery services, addressing the specific requests of clients and adapting approaches as required.

  • Provide crisis intervention support and manage acute situations sensitively and effectively.

  • Ensure rigorous monitoring of clients’ treatment plans, including admission processes and discharge evaluations, to uphold safety standards.

  • Be responsible for timely completion of all necessary documentation and data entry to facilitate quality improvement efforts.

  • Engage in on-call coverage as needed to support clients and the operational team, ensuring continuous care.

Life Long Counseling Services offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
