Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Experience with school-aged populations preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

What you'll do:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders among students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and parents
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions, both individually and in group settings
• Maintain accurate records and document student progress
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
• Provide guidance and resources to support staff and families in understanding communication challenges
