Location 150 North Bartlett St #108, Medford, OR Compensation Range $18.50/hr plus tips Type Full Time What You’ll Do Lead daily store operations while ensuring exceptional customer experiences and adherence to Starbucks standards. Drive business performance through effective decision-making, problem-solving, and operational excellence. Coach, develop, and motivate team members to achieve their personal best and support a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Create a welcoming environment where customers and employees feel valued, connected, and supported. Build strong relationships with customers, team members, and the community. Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and inviting store environment. Support staffing, training, and performance development initiatives. Serve as a brand ambassador by modeling company values and inspiring your team to achieve shared goals. Follow all operational, safety, food handling, and cash management procedures. What You’ll Bring Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for delivering results and continuous improvement. A positive, team-first approach with the ability to influence and inspire others. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Two years of progressively responsible retail experience and at least one year of customer service experience, or four years of U.S. military service. Previous leadership or management experience preferred. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
