Clinical Specialist, Joint Replacement - Phoenix, AZ

Clinical Specialist at Stryker supports orthopedic surgeons in operating rooms with robotic and manual joint replacement procedures. The role involves pre-operative planning, system setup, intra-operative troubleshooting, and account coordination, with significant on-call availability required.
Responsibilities
- Develop competency in solo case coverage for manual and robotic joint replacement procedures
- Assist surgeons with CT-based pre-operative planning, implant sizing, and equipment setup
- Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently during surgical cases
- Provide on-call coverage for evenings, weekends, and holidays to support urgent cases
- Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and coordinate with sales partners on account execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or Associate degree with 4 years relevant experience, or high school diploma with 6 years relevant experience
- Valid driver's license and fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Clinical or healthcare experience preferred (nursing, surgical technology, physical therapy, or similar)
- Capability to manage stressful surgical situations with composure and focus
Compensation: $59,900 - $83,300 USD Annual
