Our organization, a well-regarded health system serving the western suburbs of Philadelphia, is on the lookout for a Board-Certified Trauma Surgeon to enhance our expanding team at the Level II Trauma Center located at Paoli Hospital. - Engage in Graduate Medical Education (GME)

- Participate in program development and quality improvement initiatives
- Board-certified in Surgical Critical Care
- Eligible for medical licensure in Pennsylvania
- Required proficiency in minimally invasive surgical techniques
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on patient-centered care
- Full Clinical Freedom: Enjoy autonomy in practicing trauma, acute care surgery, and critical care
- Commitment to Education: Actively participate in GME and teaching opportunities
- Research Opportunities: Access to outcome studies and scholarly projects
- Leadership Pathways: Early hires will have opportunities for roles such as System Leader of Trauma, Medical Director positions, and Medical Quality Officer for Trauma
