Consistently following up to ensure guest satisfaction that meets and exceeds our hospitality standardsResponsible for adjusting the environment, music, lighting, and temperature as needed to maintain the appropriate atmosphereKeep up to date on the industry competition and grow industry knowledge by tracking emerging trends in the restaurant industry, establishing personal networks, and being updated on press publications and articlesOther duties as requestedWhat You Need to Bring to the Table2+ years of Management experienceHigh volume restaurant experience is a mustStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong passion and dedication to food, beverage, and servicePolished, professional, and energetic approach to floor managementAbility to work well in a systems-driven environmentBasic Knowledge of MS Office and common restaurant systems and softwareAbility to be adaptable and abide by policies and values of companyAttention to detail and commitment to qualityThis role requiresAbility to move about freely.Ability to lift to 25 lbs.Must be able to be stationary for extended periods of time in a seated position.Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.Must present a professional appearance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
