This role provides frontline technical support for desktop computers, peripherals, and related systems, responding to user requests via phone, email, and ticketing tools. The technician will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, perform basic computer repair, and escalate complex problems to higher-level support when needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing and configuring equipment, maintaining accurate documentation of support activities, and ensuring timely resolution of help desk tickets in accordance with service standards. The technician will collaborate with IT team members and internal stakeholders to support a reliable, secure, and efficient technology environment.### Qualifications* Strong skills in Desktop Computers and Computer Repair, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.* Experience with Help Desk Support and Technical Support, providing customer-focused assistance and issue resolution.* Proficiency in Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues using structured diagnostic methods.* Knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows), basic networking concepts, and common business applications.* Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.* Organizational and time-management skills, including managing multiple tickets and priorities.* Ability to work on-site in Grove City, OH, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing or production environment.* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree, technical certification (e.g., CompTIA A+), or related IT coursework preferred.* Commitment to continuous learning, adherence to security and safety practices, and delivering respectful, inclusive customer service. #J-18808-Ljbffr
