We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team on a per diem/PRN basis. Our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center is located in Cassville, MO, and offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our residents to receive the highest quality personal care services. Responsibilities Provide speech-language pathology services to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation Establish and maintain a caseload of residents with communication disorders, swallowing difficulties, and cognitive impairments Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized plans of care Conduct therapy sessions in a variety of settings, including individual and group settings Document resident progress and communicate with family members and healthcare team members Requirements Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Current certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Current Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in the state of Missouri Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills What We Offer Competitive per diem/PRN rate Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and supportive work environment Flexible scheduling to fit your needs #J-18808-Ljbffr
