As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients. Our STNAs are the backbone of our team, ensuring that every patient receives the personalized attention and support they need to thrive. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, personal care, and mobility assistance under the supervision of licensed nurse staff Assist with feeding, bathing, dressing, and grooming patients, as needed Help patients with daily living activities, such as using the bathroom, getting in and out of bed, and walking Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients by following infection control protocols and reporting any hazards or concerns to supervisors Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and services provided About the Role: As a State Tested Nursing Assistant at Aristos Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with a team of dedicated professionals.
