Position Details Title: Data Standards Specialist (Health Program Specialist I) Classification: Health Program Specialist I Salary Range: $6,623.00 - $8,290.00 per month Location: Sacramento County (Hybrid telework available) Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Responsibilities Serve as Data Standards Specialist within the Help Center’s Data Analytics Section. Act as a technical program consultant for Help Center data. Coordinate with multiple program areas to drive data quality initiatives. Establish and maintain data standards, audit data, and identify emerging trends. Collaborate with Help Center program areas to improve data entry processes. Minimum Qualifications Clearance of a background investigation. Strong documentation and organizational skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to build relationships with stakeholders. Desirable Qualifications Knowledge and understanding of managed health care. Experience with health care data, including ICD, HCPCS, and CPT codes. Experience developing and maintaining data standards. Experience performing data validation or quality checks on qualitative data. Intermediate skills in Excel and beginner skills in SQL.
