Employee recognition and professional development programs. Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well by assessing needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering therapy. You design individualized programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients’ physical abilities, teach patients and caregivers skills for independence, collaborate with peers, and make referrals as needed. You adapt to the needs of each patient and thrive in varied settings. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. Or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. Or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus five years of progressively responsible PT experience. Degrees earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated as equivalent to a U.S. Physical Therapy degree.
