What You'll DoAs a server at Cecile Bakery Cafe, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests feel welcome and enjoy their time with us. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders while providing menu recommendations.
- Delivering orders promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including tables and service areas.
- Collaborating with team members to create a seamless dining experience.
To be successful in this role, here’s what we’re looking for:
- Experience : At least 1 year of experience as a server or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Attitude : A positive, team-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Availability : Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
