Physician-led Care Team Model
• Hospital-based position - 120 10-hour shifts annually• Call frequency: 5 days a month; First call only (post call day off)
• Average 10 patients a day, 10% solo cases
• No chronic pain, cardiac, CC, office based or acute pain services
• 575K base plus 335/hour on extra shifts and extra call
• 8 weeks or 40 days of PTO; $75K sign on
