CNA Position - Mornings & Evenings Shifts Available

Use Your CNA Training to Make a Meaningful Difference. Whether you received your CNA training recently or have had it for awhile, we encourage you to think about caregiving with seniors one-on-one in their homes.

We're seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide one-on-one care for seniors in the comfort of their own homes. In this role, you'll work with clients who may require advanced personal care, Hoyer lift transfers, mobility assistance, and support with daily living activities.

This position offers 20-25 hours per week , typically over 2-3 days, with long shifts available (8-10 hour shifts).

Applicants Must Meet All Requirements:

• 21 years of age or older
• CNA Certified (current or in past)
• Ability to assist with advanced care needs with minimal supervision (hoyer lift, mobility assistance, incontinence changing). Training shift will be given.
• Valid Driver's License
• Current Car Insurance
• Reliable Transportation
• Weekend Availability (Saturday or Sunday) preferred for at least one shift

Pay
$12.50 per hour for advanced care CNA clients, $13 per hour after first 30 days.
($11.50 non-advanced care clients)

Availability Required:
Applicants must be able to commit to one of more of the following shifts consistently.

• Mornings: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM or 7 AM - 3PM
• Evenings: Approximately 2:45 PM- 9:45 PM or 3 PM- 9 PM

CNA Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical, in-home advanced care for seniors
• Assist with personal care (showering, incontinence assistance required)
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Advanced Care needs such as hoyer lift knowledge, mobility, transfers, wheelchair assistance
• Ability to work with difficult situations such as hospice needs
