Objective/Mission As an Ambassador of the Maison, you achieve and exceed sales targets as directed by management and proactively develop your client portfolio. You ensure a unique client experience throughout all touch points and participate actively in the daily operations of the boutique. Key Responsibilities Consistently achieve and/or exceed the monthly sales target, as directed by management. Ensure each client receives outstanding customer service by greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining high standards, and demonstrating solid product knowledge before, during and after sales. Provide after‑sales support when a specialized after‑sales area is not available. Adapt your approach to the client’s needs and motivations. Negotiate and handle objections with ease. Assist and support after‑sales clients in accordance with Maison values. Act as a referent and recommend solutions that provide an exceptional client experience. Remain current on industry news and competitor activity. Client Relationship Management Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service and Maison‑specific CRM initiatives. Partner with Management to develop a plan for clients and prospects. Consistently and accurately capture client data for follow‑up and relationship building. Appropriately resolve client issues and concerns, escalating to Management as needed. Participate in in‑store and off‑site events and networking to support the client plan. Daily Boutique Operations Understand and comply with all security and operational policies for the Group, Maison and boutique. Assist with daily set‑up and breakdown of the boutique, and communicate maintenance issues. Assist in merchandising and daily maintenance of displays and back‑stock. Participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts to prepare for audits. Assist with special projects such as price changes, back‑office duties, and other support tasks. Job Profile Education: College degree preferred. Required Experience: 2 to 5 years in luxury retail and ability to work weekends, including Saturday and Sunday, plus at least one weekday. Technical Skills: Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment, computer and internet savvy, MS Office experience required, SAP knowledge preferred. Personal Skills and Abilities: Additional language skills are a plus; general knowledge of timepiece movements preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong customer‑service orientation, attention to detail, ability to multitask with precision, genuine Maison ambassadorial attitude, professional demeanor at all times, self‑starter and team‑player approach.
