The Role
As a Behavior Technician, you'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and other special needs, supervised and supported by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll build trusting relationships with children and their families, and your work will directly shape their growth, development, and quality of life.
What You'll Do
* Use ABA therapy techniques under the guidance of a BCBA
* Lead one-on-one sessions that follow each child's individualized treatment plan
* Teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills in a structured, encouraging environment
* Build a positive, engaging relationship with each client that promotes independence and well-being
* Run assessments, collect data, and track progress so each child keeps moving forward
* Work with the BCBA and the wider team to review progress, solve challenges, and adjust treatment plans
* Keep parents and caregivers updated on goals, progress, and strategies for using new skills at home
* Keep accurate, detailed session notes and data records

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Experience in ABA therapy or with individuals on the autism spectrum is a plus, but not required . We'll train you.
Compensation
$20-$25 per hour. Compensation is based on experience, relevant credentials, and the requirements of the specific assignment.
