HVAC Technician (Residential)

Job Description Job Description Greener Solutions Heat & AC in Stockton, CA is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 1 full year of in-field/hands-on HVAC experience in a residential setting (trade school and/or certification classes will not be counted toward years of experience) Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC systems Experience with repairing residential HVAC systems Valid driver's license Clean driving record Must pass a drug test and background check Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on project requirements. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members. Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions. Responsibilities: Inspect, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems. Perform preventative maintenance to ensure the continuous operation and longevity of HVAC systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions, identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions. Repair or replace defective parts, components, or wiring to restore proper HVAC system functionality. Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and materials used. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in HVAC technology, equipment, and industry best practices. Collaborate with clients to assess their HVAC needs, provide expert recommendations, and offer cost-effective solutions. Provide exceptional customer service while on the job site.
