Qualifications:
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Previous Assistant Property Manager experience required
• Strong understanding of the leasing process from start to finish
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:
• Partner with the Property Manager to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Assist with leasing activities and educate prospective residents
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents
• Investigate and resolve resident concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with employee oversight and scheduling
• Ensure work orders and maintenance requests are processed promptly
• Enforce community policies and procedures
• Maintain compliance with all Fair Housing regulations
