Licensed Clinical Social Worker Work from Home Part/Full Time

Rula Health is seeking a compassionate and experienced Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality telehealth psychotherapy and clinical social work services to clients across diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate challenges related to mood, anxiety, trauma, relationships, and life transitions. You will conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, establish accurate DSM-5-based diagnoses, and develop individualized, measurable treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, goals, and strengths.

Working entirely remotely, you will provide ongoing individual therapy using evidence-based approaches—such as cognitive behavioral techniques, solution-focused strategies, and trauma-informed care—while maintaining a warm, collaborative therapeutic alliance. You will be responsible for timely, thorough documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system, including progress notes, treatment plan updates, and discharge summaries that reflect clinical reasoning and measurable outcomes.

As a key clinician within our healthcare and medical services department, you will coordinate care with other providers, including primary care physicians, psychiatrists, and care managers, to ensure an integrated, whole-person approach. You will conduct risk and safety assessments when needed, implement safety plans, and arrange higher levels of care or emergency services when clinically appropriate. You will also provide psychoeducation to clients and families, connecting them with relevant community resources and supports.
