PRN PT Assistant - Flexible Schedules, In-House Rehab

The Plaza at Richardson is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) on a PRN basis to support our in-house rehab team. You will administer prescribed PT services, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist to optimize outcomes in a skilled nursing setting.

Ideal candidates hold a valid Texas PTA license, have SNF experience, and are comfortable using Net Health EDS for documentation.
